Korg Meeting notes
The Korg holds meetings regularly to see how things go and discuss important matters.
These are uploaded in the Korg Meeting and Updates Thread
Realizers tracking and recruitment
The Korg has put up a list of all the Needs of the event to happen and assign a member to follow up on it. These needs are listed on a Thread that is pinned to the top of all threads of the group to allow everyone to find it easily and eventually get involved and signup for unfilled positions. See Realizers, we need you!
Realizer Meetings
The Korg will be hosting Realizer meetings with the goal of bringing people together, realizers, and also those interested in participating in any way.
Meeting announcements are usually done through Newsletters, Telegram channel, Facebook, and Talk Itself:

Exactly what I am addressing Cris,
At this moment the Korg seems to be a group of Realizers and my concern is who is gonna organize meetings and recruitment.
As this is my concern and I don't wanna just throw it on the table and leave, I opened this very thread and this one to help move forward towards a clear distribution of tasks/ responsibilities from the Korg .

The point of the Korg is to be a rather small group which coordinates the event planning, right? That includes the meetings and the recruitment.
If the Korg expands to be a big group of realizers, we're almost back in 2019, where there was no Korg, but a group of realizers. If a part of the Korg actually does the planning, then we have a Korg inside the Korg (??)

I agree with this role description as far as I remember from last year, the korg was gonna host meetings and connect realizers with ppl = recruitment👍
