Aligning Comms
I am the volunteer Uncoordinator and Korg member.
This Thread is to align about the content we need to post on our coms. This thread should be in the Communicorns Group, to gain participation I use the planning group ( Eventually i could move it to the Comms parent group)
We don't really have a communication lead and I see the need to coordinate this because we have a few happenings in the upcoming weeks and we want to avoid spamming our liebe kiezburners.

@Veroca R. Sala (volunteers uncoordination and recruitment - telegram channel). Will be making the copy for Facebook posts and Telegram.
@Rafa, will be proofreading my copy + making the graphics for all FB posts and scheduling the posts as well.

24.06 Kieze Meeting 7.30 pm
24.06: Performance registration opens ( until 12th July)
24.06 - 30.06: all week about DREAMS VOTING. And somehow promoting dreams.
30.06 - 05.07: all about volunteer shifts to recruiting remaining shifts available.

we could then use the newsletter on Friday 30to launch it. I will also try recruit the german translator, otherwise, we launch the English version on Friday 30th and request for help for translation in that very announcement, so then we "re-launch" the German Version the next Friday.
I dont see any other way, worst case, we don't have the german version and we fail inclusion

hey was planning to pu tup the recruitment essage when launching the English version, like "we dont have a german version yet cause no one has stepped up if you are interested bla bla bla" W have made a blast in the previous newsletter... but yeah i think someone is on it now. 👌

hey thanks @Purzel for all this! Do we want to maybe put all this in the survival guide as well? and/or newsletter? for a telegram announcement or Facebook post it is too much content IMO.
👉We could however put up all this info in the Fire thread and frame it in a way that is very eye catchy (if I have your permission to put my hands on your thread adding this new info) that way I could make a telegram announcement and FB post linking to the fire thread.
How do you see it?
