A cosy corner dedicated to the topic of Resilience (and burnout prevention) in our community.
Can we continue the conversation we started, to support each other in process of creation - until June?
Is there a need for support on site, during the event, and if yes, what shape could this take?
Would we like an after-care support system to be available post-event? (YES!)
Would we enjoy a shared space online, as a central touchpoint (giving way to offline, for individual support)?
As most of us have been or potentially could be affected by overheating in action, what resources/help/community and individual support could we dream of - from veterans to virgins?
As a starting point, I would like to hear from a larger group what could be helpful for you individually?
Plus, collect resources that can help with reflection/preparation and management of over-heating before, during and after the burn.
