this was the proposal regarding self-organized site planning/placement: that also got implemented. Given this did not work so well, might be interesting to iterate on it and define what should be discussed in order to make it work smoother

The TV connects by HDMI, there are adapters from mini USB to HDMI, I might be able to get something before tomorrow

I do not have a laptop unfortunately, but would have the necessary cables for whoever has one.
Posted on the event + event description + post in KB group in case someone has one.
Worse case scenario I have an old mac mini that could maybe, maybe work, if we are very patient with it.

@Cl茅ment can you bring your Laptop? @Purzel has a screen to connect it to. This way we can look at maps and stuff in big format.
