Refund for shared vehicle / transport costs
So hei everybody,
I got approached with the question on how to handle shared costs f.e. for transport, as there is only one invoice etc. etc.
I answered the question as follows. @alexxx - please correct me if that is not how things go.
- One person is renting the van and collects the money from the collaborating dreamers
- The person who is renting the van hands in the invoice for their own project.
- Let your dream guides know who you're sharing a van with so we can see that costs for transport are within the margin of your proposed budget, especially if you're the person who is renting the van
- The person renting the van pays back the money to collaborating dreamers
another, and probably way more easy way:
All Kieze hand in invoices according or above (!) their proposed budget.
The main way for dreamers to go here would be to hand in gasoline receips. As long as they are from 2019 they are fine.
Gasoline receips always count as valid for refunding transport costs and they are the easiest to handle for finances.
Still, your dream guides need to know whom you're collaborating with. So let your dream guides know. :)
