vehicles entering site after event begins

There's currently an on-going debate about this, with some rather strong opinions. Gate Team is discussing this here https://www.loomio.org/d/qnAguzaw/parking , but in my personal opinion, Wanderers and Site Leads (minimally) should be included in that decision since ultimately they will be the ones to bear the burden if we allow vehicles to enter during the event.

actually, I'd prefer that you move the discussion some where public where, minimally, the Wanderers and Site Leads can weigh in on it since they're the ones that will bear the burden if we allow vehicles to enter the site after the event begins.
