We currently have any rules or guidelines to behave or moderate.

This is the Drive doc Netiquette Proposal
Communicating this widely on Talk and having our new team of moderators "enforce" it.
Use it to recruit more moderators.

Immediately after approval.

None other than time and energy.

I don’t know if it’s technically feasible with Loomio, but I would love to see the moderators have the ability to temporarily freeze users and/or threads with a simple note like “Things are getting hot in here so we’ve frozen this thread for 24 hours. Please take a pause to reflect how this discussion could be more effective.”
