Notes from the first meeting

Important Overview
- we will try to have shifts Wed-Fri, and have the Feuerwehr the rest of the time
- 2 people minimum per shift, shifts likely 6 hours
- More activities during shifts to make the space welcoming, and a warm/cozy space to sleep or chill
