Event Organization Team

This Group and different subgroups are for event coordinators of the main event, discuss sensitive matters. We try to have as much transparency as possible on what is going on here. Threads can be made public eventually if participants in the thread agree to it.

TRANSPARENCY = DEFAULT!!!  Always reflect, when posting: can this really not be in a subgroup that is more open?

Threads are by default only visible to members of the group. However, people can be invited to particular threads, when their input is desired (a.k.a. "advisors").
