I would recommend to use the website link as the ticket sale link (https://kiezburn.org/tickets-2021) only if the website ticket is updated. We can have it ready and then just set the burnerticket link. That would make the newsletter ready from my side. If we dont use the website ticket link then we still need to wait for the burnertickets one.

This will also allow us to decide how we want to display the main sale and the low income sale links in our website.

So in the newsletter we need mostly a small announcement and then the link to the website and to burner tickets and the low income program and the link. The document (link should work now) contains the additional information for the website. that's all that needs to got into the FAQ. Would be cool if you can review it from a comms perspective and work with @Erin Jeavons-Fellows to load it on the website. There is still some bits open in the document because we are waiting for final confirmation. Ticket sale for Monday is also not final confirmed.

How does this work? What if someone is not going this year and does not take the ticket?

I could write something in the newsletter like:

If you are a member of Kiez Burn e.V. you will automatically receive a directed ticket. This ticket needs to be payed by (date)...

I made a post on facebook with the details that we can reference in the newsletter. You get the link and then have 5 days to pay and a validate this to a ticket. If not it expires.
