Will we be using Safety & Emergency Protocols this year?
Will they be the same as last year?

Unless somebody takes it upon them to change them, no, I believe @cjyetman had a look at it though? It would of course be crucial to have it printed in plastic at the event yet again... I assume it is a combination of rangers and site leads that would be responsible for this?

Yes, I will be reviewing it and editing it as needed for this year. As I understand it, there are a few new twists this year that will be discussed at the board meeting this Wednesday, which I will be attending. The goal is to have the 2019 version fully prepared by Tuesday, June 11 for the Site Leads meeting. I can/will send the Rangers Lead/s and the First Aid Lead/s a link to it when it is finished.

Wunderbar, thank you! I will be looking forward for that link!
Let me know if you need any help with that.

@cristinaolano I separated the KB19 Safety Protocols into a separate document and I have made some minor edits, and will continue to make a few minor edits today. Anything I'm going to get done will have to be finished by the end of the day, so it will be "final" by then, though if you're in a rush, I would guess it is in a reasonable state at the moment. I found that there were multiple copies of it floating around last year (a standalone version, a version integrated into the Site Leads manual, etc.), so I think for this year it's better to have it as one standalone document that can be included with the information that's given to Site Leads, Wander Leads, etc. KB19 version is here
