Retrospective Meeting notes
After the burn is before the next burn.. or something along this lines :) I wanna organize this years retrospective. We have done them historically in autumn to kick off the next planning period. I think it would also be cool to connect this with the census. Is there a census lead already?
I am thinking to invite all leads, korgies, boardies, lead shifts etc to have an offline meeting (if possible) in Werkstatt (where burner embassy is). This would be a half day workshop, which I facilitate (maybe with a co-moderator).
Date wise: I ll doodle, I guess :)

I start my therapy school at that point and I will have my courses on the weekends. But I have no course plan yet and will not have it until late september.

I still can't commit to any dates after September this year because I plan to spend about 6 weeks in the US this year, but I'd be happy to join in person if I'm in Berlin, and happy to join through the interwebs if I'm not and that's possible.

@Mareike I guess we would get their feedback through the census. Same as with the other kieze members. The retro is really an in person meeting for kieze leads, area leads, korgi, boardi etc

Sounds great! Thank you for this. As far as I know there is no Census Realizer yet. I was just thinking maybe to invite 1,2 free campers/"normal" volunteers too, to get their feedback too (e.g. why not joining camps, was it a different experience, how hard is it to find your way around Kiez Burn on and offline) - might get people more excited about Orga, but maybe it's also too many much or would fall under Census Feedback.

I am census realizer. I even put my name in realities a couple of weeks ago.
I am starting a census talk thread soon. I am working with Pablo and Ale.
Unfortunatley I cannot say what date would be okay, as I start school with weekend courses in september.
