Important community topics
Choose your own way to collect information. Example: ping relevant people to come to this thread to pitch content, actively go bug the event coordination team, come to the Realizer meeting, read up on Talk, consult Realities etc.
Then, make a decision on what goes out.
TIP: ideally, not more than 5 topics to not bore everyone to death = no info overkill. TIP: edit copy for eXXXtra personality, put your own spin on it (leaving the essence of the info intact, of course).

An update:
Of course, things have changed rapidly in the last 3-4 days, so the nature of the newsletter will change.
I have just called @Franzi who mentioned that a Board meeting is happening today or tomorrow. I will stay tuned here and actively reach out to the Board and the event coordination team.
It would be a good time to use the Newsletter to our community to share what thinking is going on on our side (and it is VOLL in ORDNUNG to say that we have no idea right now - this is too unprecedented) - but some news would be a good thing?
I would personally like to add a message of love/solidarity/encouragement to that.
@Erin Jeavons-Fellows do you have some input? You are probably coordinating something on Facebook? Let stay connected so that we can time it well+together?

Communicating to our community in times of uncertainty. For transparency/paper trail please respond here. Brief is fine.
Situation:
We have not shared any kind of "statement" with the larger community yet.
The "normal" newsletter is/was scheduled for tomorrow, but it's not "business as usual" anymore, obviously.
Proposal:
I propose that we still send the newsletter out. Simply to share what is going on for us (does not need to be a decision). I offer to make it and send it.
It does make sense to wait till the Board meeting has happened and there is a common thread that we can communicate.
Where do people stand right now? Also, may I listen into the Board meeting or get the notes straight after?

Hey @Alina, also known as Milda! the board met tonight. We had a newsletter scheduled for Wednesday, but the board would like to send out a special edition tomorrow. We will update you asap.
The main point will be an update to the statement made on the 10th of March.
