Art grant receipt requirements

I have been trying to find clear and concise information about what is needed for a receipt to be valid for it to be able to be claimed using my art grant.
The email I got from the Art people specified 'original receipts', but this doesn't clarify what that means precisely. For example, there was also talk that Amazon receipts are not valid or generate problems. What does this mean? What must one do for a receipt to be valid, if one wants to get stuff from Amazon?
Furthermore, I will have significant materials for the art project purchased by Amber as part of the big materials order that the independence team are making close to the site. They can only provide a tax invoice from the supplier, which will not be itemized. She can, however, include the order breakdown. Will this generate a problem for me to claim these costs through my art grant?

I have been pointed to the Art Grants Refunds & Receipts document by Arthur. See there the answers to these questions.

Just to note that these are a draft and the process for requesting refunds is not live until the A&A people confirm it.

Hey Olivia!
We have a guide specifically on obtaining proper receits for amazon purchases. Right now I cant find it myself so thank you for pointing at the issue! I will come back to you shortly with the information you requested and update it on the internal comms refund guide.
Have a great weekend!

Is there a deadline for submitting receipts? I have them saved, but would love to sort through them and take care of all the paperwork after coming back from Nowhere (ends July 8th).

As there is talking about finances here at this point I do have two questions from greeter side (so: not art grants but production budget):
I would try to make a test order to check if the stuff we're getting is actually suitable for our plans. Is it possible to give split reciepes? (Lets say I want to buy a total of 5 items and I only order one now and will order the rest in a 2nd order directly to the side f.e.)
Reciepes should only contain material used for KB, so I should avoid having other items in the order which are NOT meant for Kiez Burn refunds, right?
If we want to order plain (white) things in order to decorate them and make them pretty, can we also hand in recipies for crafting material - if we need to buy it and don't have it already?
I do apologize for the noobish-ness of these questions but they are important to me before I place the order :)

1) what you described would just be 2 seperate orders right? it doesnt matter whether you buy item1 and a weak later item2 and item3 or just make one order of items1-3 at once. It makes our life easer though, if you dont post a separate refund request for each say 5€ item you buy. So you if you have several low-cost items from various orders, you can post all those receipts within one refund request.
2) technically you can have "mixed" receipts. You would need to specify in the comments which items on the receipt you want a refund for and which are non-kiezburn related. I dont know about the legal aspect of this though.
3) from finance point of view for sure. You just need to stay within your budget limits, so you'd have to discuss this with your team/area lead.

Deadline for new refund requests is 31.08. so that should be fine
