The 2019 event is getting closer and we feel it would be a good time to start meeting with "leads". "Leads" are people that feel like they will or want to take up a role that pulls Kiez Burn 2019 forward. So everyone welcome
We are currently working on making an overview of all the different needs & responsibilities based on the input of last year's post-mortem, roles & new needs.
Agenda
- quick introduction (8mins)
- quick update on what happened (Verein, dreams platform, realities,...)
- go over the different needs
- split up in groups to go over those needs & what this means in terms of responsibilities and tasks
- Burning Pig 2019
MEETING NOTES
- Intros: 18 people - not sticking to their spirit vegetable and branching out into fruits
- How might we Kiez Burn intro --> we are pushing for communication on Talk
- Question: What is core, and what can be created more organically if it needs to happen - less focus on a burden and more focus on things that have to happen with more creative space for people to co-create
- Really exciting things: Talk (yes, you are reading it here), Dreams platform, Realities
- We need a video on how people can find channels --> How to Talk --> don't find the groups, circle/screenshot
- informing past leads on what realities is, and if they want to put themselves as guides

Alright guys, the winner is March 5th at 7.30pm!
Does anybody know a space we can use that holds up to 30 people and ideally has a projector (which is a "nice to have")? Please share it in the leads meeting thread
Note: In case we can't find a space on such a short notice, the fallback option is March 11th at 7pm.
