Final community survey

yes, you've got it right although we prefer the new location. I would have written a summary in response to your suggestion of further clarification but it seems that I was too slow - Thank you @Erin Jeavons-Fellows for writing the outline!

Great document! I added a bunch of comments and made some small adjustments/additions also. What's not entirely clear to me - Do you want to post the content of this document on talk tomorrow, or fill the Advice Process template and post that?

Yeah, a bit tricky for the online part. It could be communicated during meetings or in documents that are shared only with selected people...? Otherwise, I like your suggestions. Event budget will probably be a matter up for discussion for the event coordination team.
