So guys, who can meet when for an onboarding?
I think even if you can't all attend we can get the ball rolling. I would propose to record the meeting to assist with the onboarding of the missing persons)

Please communicate in your response if you have other flexibility. i.e. "I can meet earlier or later if it helps on 'x' days"
We will be meeting on Tuesday at 16:00 for 90 minutes to prepare the onboarding. You are welcome to join for this pre-meeting as well if you are available.

I’ll have to see how I go. I’m at an event until the 8th and then off to kiwiburn build. Also the other side of the world and opposite time zones isn’t so key ahahah

I won't have time to attend this week, but as I'd like to continue with Site Liaison work with Freiland it would be great to understand ASAP what possible event approach & timing you are intending so that we can start discussions with them around making it happen - assuming we are planning to head back there? It would be great if someone from the KORG team can keep me up to date on this so we can start discussion & alignment with Freiland and Amt...
For reference - Freiland are planning their own festival with max 1000 people for the weekend 11-13 June, so I would say it's unlikely that we can have a non-quiet KiezBurn at Freiland in June.

Yes we will definitely keep you in the loop on any unfoldings. I estimate that we will be looking at doing the event a few week slater than usual (in early july). I would propose to keep at least 1 week between the end of their strike and the start of our build (or vice versa).
Perhaps you can ask them what their official availability is at this stage already? So we know what we can't have at least. x

There is no official availability at their end, as there are no other fixed events in the schedule. Something in July sounds feasible - we simply have to come forward to Freiland and the Amt with a proposal of what we wanna do! When do you think you'll have an idea of that?

We need to decide between the 2nd and 3rd weekend in August - depending on the situation with the event critical contractors. If you could let us know what Freiland have to sat on the matter that would be great :D (I also sent you a msg regarding this on Telegram)

Do we have a deadline to gather input and finally decide the date (?)I dunno if I missed this in the meeting but the next Korg Meeting will be on the 25th of January.
Are we deciding the date before this meeting? I d say Yesss!!!
I would vote for one more week chance to gather input and decide by the 18th of January so that Jan could start the process... perhaps by the 25th (Korg meeting) we have some updates in regards of the land availability plus with this decision the whole engine can start off.
May be this schedule is too pushy (?) But i don't see many reasons to hold the decision more than a week from now.
