[Dreams] Now live with persistent database

Due to some misconfiguration the database was wiped after each server restart and ALL OUR DREAMS (and registered accounts) WERE GONE! :cry:
This is now the past. You'll have to register on Dreams again if you created an accout before February 2nd 2019.
