What do we expect this map to look like? Creating a custom map is alot of work and will require at least 6-7 hours on al already short time line. Personally i feel the map is a 'nice to have' on top of the other content in the booklet.
I've created a folder here that houses all the content for the booklet. The spreadsheet is a copy doc. We should populate this first and then we deal with the map?

Agree with Saskia, alternatively, we just print the map of last year without the camps etc on it of last year... I put you in touch with robby directly so maybe there is some low effort solution there...

@Alexxx, we should then do the burn on Friday night and have Saturday night as backup. How far is the booklet etc? Can we still change easily?

@ole and alex kasper: we in Austria found Fridays much better for burn night. Less headache on Sunday for LNT, a time for hugs and exchanging stories on Saturday, and if weather drowns Friday, you can move it to Saturday

I can agree. Having the burn on Friday was a wonderful thing last year. I would love for that to happen again. <3
