Drinks
Lovely Kieze-Organizers,
we want to order our drinks again at Nordmann Getränke (https://nordmann.de/), including delievery, picking up deposit and renting equipment (first come first serve basis). They asked me if we can handle the orders by one person so I´m happy to take this role as it was a bit complicated for them last year.
Current status: we have locked the drinks wish list (types of drinks going into the order) and are awaiting prices from Nordmann. When we get em, the spreadsheet to order will be available. Please stand by.

@eric247 we may also have a few last minute additions, if possible. I got the deadline wrong! It's possible my kiez-mates did already put 1 or 2 of these on the list, but since I can't see the list any more:

thank you @eric247 and @berlinette for organising the drinks. Cafe Wonderland also would love to order with all of you. Is there already the order form for each camp to fill out? Or a list with the prices?

Sorry for the delay, we now have the final price list!
- Copy the sheet (so all camps edit their on list!) and fill it out and mail the new link to Eric (eric@glastrix.com) and me (berlinette@posteo.de)
- OR download the sheet first, as excel, then fill it out
=> send orders UNTIL MONDAY 3/06
Make the payment by bank transaction (blue field payment in advance, it is 100% excluding the deposit which is not calculated as we hope you will all get it picked up after the event, please keep track of this, bank account details you find in the sheet) UNTIL Friday 7/06.
Please only fill out "Kühlschrank" (=fridge) if you requested on. The price rised unfortunately up to 60 EUR including taxes.
Delievery will be Tuesday, 18.06. Please make sure one responsible person of your camp will be there to receive and check your order. The delivery truck will drive around the site to get as close as possible to your camp, but only if its possible to drive there. Make sure you can transport the last part to your camp.
Pick up of deposit (no disposable, only reusable bottles!) and full bottles (only trays (beers, juices, soft drinks) or single bottles beverages) on Monday, 24.06. IMPORTANT: Write down what you hand back as we will send the records to Getränke Nordmann! You have to pay if not all the deposit goes back!
