Safety Requirements and Assessment

This Role is for:

• A Safety Requirement Lead: You have experience in Event Safety and/or legal requirements/Law and can set up the safety requirements for Build, Site signage, Camps, Art Cars. This is a pre-event role and can be done remotely!

• A Safety Assessment Lead: You will be present during Build and will check the requirements. @Stefan Rothenhausler

Why is important?

We don't want anyone to get hurt obviously.

We are building everything from scratch and need to make sure all those amazing structures are as safe as possible. There are also other legal requirements like Feuerlöscher and marked & lighted pathways that need to be in place and all the requirements have to be communicated with Camps and Dreamers asap.

The Role

• Safety Requirement Lead: Draft the Safety Requirements

• Safety Assessment Lead: Assess all structures and requirements on site and report back to Build Leads and Board.

  1. Saturday evening of build: camps/dreamers communicate what they have planned

  2. Monday afternoon: quick check-up to make sure there's no major mistakes happening

  3. Wednesday Morning 11am: final check that everything is ready for opening
