Which camp wants to shape Gate?

Gate... The place where people enter, wristbands are checked and welcomings are given. We would like to ask the community, who might be interested in becoming the camp or group of people that welcomes people into Kiez Burn?

Wait, doesn't "Kiez Burn" do that?

We decided some time ago that no central Kiez Burn organization will be centrally organizing this aspect. In case no camp or group of people stands up, we could think about security being responsible for this or some other minimal solution.

As a group of people you get the chance to completely shape how people are welcomed into Kiez Burn. You can apply for an art grant through the Dreams platform to set up your dream gate. For example, at Borderland, The Port does this: http://dreams.theborderland.se/dreams/318 (You get a fancy glass of port when going through the port ;) )

What could lie in your responsibilities:
- design and print the bracelets
- "build" a gate
- welcome people, preferably we help inform everyone about the principles
- recruit volunteers to man the gate (Kiez Burn communication group can help there as well)
- have fun
- drink port (maybe)
- whatever you think of

It's stored in Berlin - was also at the gate at the decompression :)

hey everyone. monkeys just had a meeting and decided they might change their public strategy completely and can imagine to take over gate and greeting. or are there any news/ decision we are not aware of yet? is this welcomed? then we could go into planning !

I think monkeys going wild at the gate will be hilarious.

We will be close by to help with build though if you need a hand and/or tools.

I am not sure... I think it was. I invited Amber to this thread, who might be better informed about how it was deconstructed. She is not so reachable at the moment, so maybe question for in a couple of weeks?
