UnderWorld will get their drinks at Nordmann Getränke in Stralsund. They work together with Freiland as well, know the site, have a huge sortiment, deliver for free and provide fridges (25 EUR netto/for the whole event).

Hey hey! I just talked to Marcel Fuchs and he says he'll just bring all his fridges to Kiezburn. That means 6 tall fridges, some fridge boxes, etc.
We somehow have to handle which camp gets how many fridges.
When I asked I got an okay, but it seems like this is not managed centrally, so we should check who wants which fridge.

I don' t understand your post. I mean we are ll ordering separetly and have seprate orders also of the fridges ? I think we totally confused Marcel with the separate orders for the same event.
Anyone any idea how to handle this ? Süss kiez has placed it's order already some time ago and we kind of rely on the fridges (2) finacially as we have used the budget for other things now. I am not a big fan of first comes first, and it seems like a solution now.

I just talked to Markus and he has a total of 6 fridges plus some smaller ones and freezers.
It doesn't seem to me, that the fridge topic is administrated well (yes he is confused with all the orders). I got a fridge confirmed a month ago, but actually he has a limited number and it doesn't seem that he tracked all the fridge requests separately.
So to be clear:
- drinks orderer separately
- fridges: We get everything he has and need to share

Did you ASK him if he tracked the fridge orders separetely? Because in our case the fridges are the only thing we prdered by now.
