Kiez Burn has good contacts to spaces and material (e.g. whiteboards). Let's document a bit better here how people can find it :) Feel free to edit this thread with further suggestions :)
Material needs
post-its of all sizes + markers: @Waldo has a part, @Franzi has a ful moderation equipment kit incl flip charts (can be picked up in fhain).
Whiteboards: @alex cuthbersome has that
Lovely spaces where we had Kiez Burn meetings
Werkstatt Haus der Statistik - good for co-working (like design thinking), capacity for up to 25. Has food & drink infrastructure but no beamer. Has movable boards, but they are not whiteboards. Contact anyone from the board it costs 80-100€ to rent

It seems like we have reached a decision given we got the input from the most important stakeholders.
@Daisy you said you'd volunteer to buy this?
We have more and more people joining in via hangouts/zoom/calling/... like @Keegan It is bound to increase with the rise of the Corona Virus.

My proposal:
Kiez Burn pays it
It stays at the Burner Embassy (but can be borrowed for other Kiez Burn purposes)

I think it's a great idea but I wish we would not support amazon. I can go and get it from a store in person so we don't have to order from them :)

I like the idea, and it only really needs to be at the Burner Embassy as in most other locations it would be overkill or not-so-useful. I can put it into the budget as a proposal when that get's drafted.

Sounds good and useful. Just be aware that the Embassy is used by several groups and is not a 100% safe place (as we've learned with the break-in). This one is not so expensive, but in general we might want to define how to store things between Kiez Burn meetings so they stay safe.

The proposal was to store it in the Burner Embassy, since it would be used most there and you are not at every meeting taking place there.
