tech insurance form

It's late to the party, but here is the form to enter devices for the tech insurance:

To quote the guidelines (also written in the 1st part of the form):

We can only cover items and materials with our tech insurance for things that are mandatory for the event.

This would be mostly sound systems, expensive tools, DJ equipment, stages, constructions etc etc

We do NOT cover any kind of private items such as phones, ipads, tablets, private cameras etc etc. We'll remove items which appear too personal. Musical instruments, cameras and other stuff you are usually carrying around with you are also not covered, be as careful with them as you would be everywhere else. Also cars/vans are not insurable by our insurance.

The insurance is mostly to cover damage/breaking of things. It has a deductible/excess of €250, so entering devices with a lower value it is pointless.

While the insurance would cover theft, it won't pay for tech being stolen which is laying around, we/you might have to prove that it was stolen from a locked room, and you'll have to file a theft report (against "unknown") with the police. And even then the insurance is paying only for 75% of the value. A car counts as a locked room, if it had been broken in (and if it can be proven to the police).

The deadline for entry is:

ASAP, latest Monday before build starts, August 2nd 2021 (end of day)

(it is unclear if the coverage can be extended if you make up your mind too late and come late with something very expensive later)

P.S.: the costs of the insurance is based on the overall value of insured things, so we want to keep it as low as necessary.

The form is ment for Kiez Burn teams, Kieze leads, art project leads. Are there more relevant groups? And what is the fastest way to distribute it to these teams? @Veroca R. Sala @Kate ?
