Camps Involvement + Music LEADS

How do we want music to look at the night of the event? how do we want it to be organised? Do we want whole camps taking over floors or do we want to keep it mixed?

Not just floors, but also tasks. As the saloon has indicated an interest in maybe running the communal bar.

This is currently in discussion on Messenger (decomp music thread.) @quentinfeugere wrote a good overview of the current plan - we make an application form for camps/crews to pitch a concept for a bar, dancefloor, music space etc, then we collectively work on an unified music program and vision for the different areas... Updates coming soon!

Basically, we've got now 2 application forms ready
(1) Camps/Crews taking over a space
(2) Music contribution (very similar to the one from the last 2 events)

(1) Are you all fine with that approach ?
Reasoning behind is that a decentralized event with camps taking over different floors can not only be about music program, but also about the whole vibe/concept/deco that camps want to bring. This also allow camps to apply for doing different things than a dance floor (eg: Saloon doing a bar?)
So we should first find out which camp wanna do something (and what) and allocate the different spaces to the crews.
The form could be published this week on the Facebook event, with a submission deadline of August 31st.

(2) Will be needed anyway. No matter if we go for a decentralized approach or not. So it will be published today on the Facebook event, with a submission deadline of October 15.

Konsti, James and I just had a meeting this evening with a proposal for assigning the camps to the floors (and would approach the camps directly to see if they are interested).
