The decision-making process and the deadline are still a bit undecided. One suggestion (from the previous thread here: https://talk.kiezburn.org/d/Nj2RshkE/grant-request-form-and-process ) that I like is using our talk platform's built-in voting mechanism. We could put the applications from the spreadsheet linked above to a vote, possibly during a certain time (starting two weeks before the event and ending one week before the event, for example). That's probably the default I'll fall back on if the discussion points into no other direction.

UPDATE 2019-09-11: After discussing with other leads today we came to the conclusion that we want to decide on the grants somewhere between the 23rd and 25th of September, so I'll append all my invites to the form with mentioning a deadline on the 22nd.
