2021 Accept Funding Button

On the platform there is an "Accept Funding" button

Under the fund button for dreams which have reached their funding. Please also let your guide know, as we are currently unable to tell on the platform which dreams have clicked on that button and which have not.

Hi! Passing by to drop some educational tips about Talk.

Wondering what is the purpose of this thread essentially? It is nice to write up something on the top. Outnof context it's difficult to understand what is this about.

Could we integrate this content in any other of the dreams threads?

We wish to avoid having lots of content scattered here and there.

I consider it is good way to keep us up to date, by commenting your threads and posting the update on the body of the thread. Hoping this serves for the future to have less threads and more updated!!! We tend to just open new ones which results in a great gallery of threads. It becomes hard to harvest important information later in the future.

Tip1: you could always add content on the body of your threads. To call attention of the people subscribed to your thread AND to let the thread escalate to the top by copy pasting the same content in a comment.

Tip2: for the purpose of this thread I guess it's also useful to contact comms to help spread the word about this button. I can help if you drop the info on this thread https://talk.kiezburn.org/d/w90EFymM/aligning-with-comms

I'd like to accept the funding, but my dream isn't on the dreams site anymore...how do I press the button or is this answer via mail enough?

Now, I found my dream, but when I click on it there is no "fund" or "accept funding" button

This button is not stupid at all. Given a way to check on the platform which have been funded and which have not, this button allows you to remove the email entirely from the equation, and have all of the communication happen on the platform.

Having less email and more platform seems pretty good to me.

You don't need to use this button. Nobody has been asked to do so. People are just doing it and it's causing a little bit of a problem. Just keep in touch with your dream guide :)
