Talk Groups - Public by default

Talk is being spread out in subgroups which I find practical and easier to navigate.

However, all the subgroups are private. I assume talk settles the subgroups as private by default.

Can we change that to "public" by default?

This is to enable more transparency on how we work together.

good recommendation: default = public, specific = private......................................

And I need this amount of dots at the end till I was able to press „Veröffentlichen“

Small addition: I would also put default "anyone can join the group" instead of the current default "anyone can request..."
