[Talk] Upgraded RAM from 2GB to 4GB

Since the day of the Kiez Burn Kickoff-Meeting our Talk-Server RAM (~ spatial memory) has been running at almost full capacity (2GB) I upgraded it to 4GB. This is still pretty low compared to what other servers run on, but should do for now.

Running server costs are now at 4,95€ per month for our Talk server. Dreams is still on a 2GB server at 8,95€ for every quarter.

PS: Did I mention that our servers run on green energy? Cheers to 1fire.de !
